Instructional Media Services

Information Technology Services at King's University College is responsible for providing and maintaining instructional media technology systems and audiovisual services.   Equipment and service are provided at no charge for Registrar time-tabled courses. There is a charge for student groups, conferences,  and non-academic functions.   

Classroom Facilities

All classrooms at the College are equipped with basic audiovisual equipment.  Classrooms are checked on a regular basis to ensure the facilities are functioning properly.  To report problems, obtain additional information or assistance please contact Corey Cooke at 4387 or by e-mail at kctech@uwo.ca.  A list of all classrooms and the equipment they contain is available. 

Supplementary Media Equipment

ITS can deliver, setup and remove equipment for classroom use.  A notice of two working days is required to obtain equipment and personnel.  Requests made closer to the required time will be accommodated if possible.  Use the Instructional Media Equipment Request Form to make equipment reservations.  Requests for external events should be made through King's College Conference Services at extension 4700.  The Equipment Rental and Services fee schedule will apply.

Audio and Video Recording Services

A camera operator and camera can be supplied to videotape conferences, lectures and special events.  Audio tapes can also be produced.
